What exactly is "Spanish Cuisine"?
Spanish cuisine is centuries of traditional cooking and hundreds of regional recipes based on natural ingredients such as olive oil, lots of seafood, vegetables, game, veal, ham, and sausages to name a few.

Is Spanish food spicy?
No. Our main spices are garlic, paprika, and saffron.

What are "tapas"?
A tapa is a small portion of almost any food. They are shared in a "family style". Usually three tapas per person are enough for a meal.

Are "tapas" some new style of food?
No, in fact tapas date back to Spanish medieval times.

Because they are very tasty! Having tapas is also a great way of trying several different dishes in one meal.

Certainly. We also serve chicken, beef, fish, shrimp, squid, veal, ham, cheese, and more. In fact, we have about 50 different tapas on any given day.
